I know that choosing an attorney in today’s marketplace can be confusing.   In fact, representing yourself without a lawyer has become widely popular.  This is called Pro Se representation and while it is certainly cheaper, I urge you to consider the risks involved in choosing to represent yourself with some pre-packaged forms and little to no understanding of how the law works.  That decision may cost you more money in the long run.
